Coed Lleol (Small Woods Wales) runs woodland health and wellbeing activity groups in Denbighshire and Flintshire as part of our Actif Woods Wales programme. Discover how woodlands can help breathe new life into your soul, while learning to care for the environment.

Spending time in woodlands has been proven to lower heart rate and blood pressure, reduce stress hormone production, boost the immune system, and improve overall feelings of wellbeing.
